6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
3/4 t dried sage, crushed
1/2 t salt
2 T butter
2 medium onions, sliced
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 cup boiling water
1/2 cup sour cream
1 T all purpose flour
2 T parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Rub pork chops w/ mixture of sage, salt & pepper. Brown lightly both sides in hot butter. Drain off fat; add onions. Dissolve bouillon cube in 1/4 c boiling
water. Pour over chops. Cover and simmer 30 mins or til meat is done. Place meat on serving platter. Prepare gravy by combining sour cream and flour
in small bowl. Slowly stir in meat drippings. Return mixture to skillet; cook and stir just til boiling. Add water til gravy is desired consistency. Serve over pork chops; garnish w/ parsley.
