2 lbs ground beef
2 packets of taco seasoning
Croissant dough
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.

Cook beef in a large skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning mix and water according to directions. Cook and then let cool slightly so meat is easier to work with.

Take the dough and break into pre-made sections. Add taco meat and roll up into the croissant shape. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
