Whole fish or firm fish fillets
3 T dried, salted black beans
3 green onions cut in 3 inch lengths
2 inch piece of ginger cut into thin strips
soy sauce
sesame oil
lemon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Place whole fish or fillets in baking dish.
If using whole fish put the black beans, soy sauce, green onion, ginger and lemon slices inside the fish along with a small amount of sesame oil. Repeat ingredients over the whole fish.
If using fillets, place ingredients over fish.
Cover with foil.

Bake for 20 minutes then check for doneness.
