3 Tbls brown sugar
2 Tbls sherry
1 Tbls Sesame oil
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together
Marinade chicken 2 hours

marinade vegetables separately for 1 hour.

use vegetable marinade and I also make 1/2 recipe of fresh marinade to serve with rice.
