1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Cup confectioner's sugar
6 ounce semi-sweet chocolate
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Line baking sheet with wax paper.

In processor bowl, cream peanut butter, margarine and vanilla. Add sugar and blend until mixture forms a smooth dough. Shape dough into 3/4 to 1 inch balls.Place balls on waxed paper and put into the refrigerator or freeze to chill.

In small double boiler, melt the chocolate and vegetable oil. When smooth, remove balls from fridge and proceed as follows:
Insert a toothpick into the center of a ball and dip into chocolate so that 3/4 of the ball is covered with chocolate.
Return ball to wax paper to set.
Repeat until all balls are dipped in chocolate.
Place tray into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up

Store in an airtight container, serve in paper cups.
