Cube steak; pork chops; chicken
flour
1 egg
milk
oil
salt & pepper or seasonings (McCormick's Steak Broil Seasoning)

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat. Heat enough oil to cover 1/2 in deep in pan. On a plate, put flour; in a bowl combine beaten egg and milk. Coat meat w/ flour and then dip into egg mixture and then to flour again. Fry in oil until brown. (Fry chicken longer).

Gravy: about 1/4 cup drippings, add flour, salt & pepper to soak up oil. Let mixture brown and cook. Add about 2 cups milk and stir until desired consistancy. If too thick add little milk or water.
