2# round steak cut into ½ inch strips
½ c seasoned flour
onion powder
garlic powder
paprika
seasoned salt
pepper
2-3 Tblsp sherry
oil
¼ c butter
½# sliced mushrooms
1 large onion, sliced
2 c beef stock
1 c sour cream
1 Tblsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan.
Coat meat in seasoned flour and seasonings.
Brown meat and set aside.
Melt butter and add sliced mushrooms. If using onions, add. Sauté.
Add sherry and stock.
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer.
Add meat.
Simmer until meat is tender, about 25 minutes.

Mix sour cream and worcestershire. Add the mixture slowly, stirring until incorporated. Heat through but do not boil.

Serve over egg noodles.
