1 pkg yeast
1 egg
2 cups warm water
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups self-rising flour
Directions:
Directions:
1 - Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl til disolved.
2 - Beat egg and add to mixture.
3 - Stir in flour and mix well.
4. Put immediately in fridge and cover bowl.
5. When ready to cook, spoon into greased muffin pan and bake 20 minutes at 400
