1 5-lb brisket first cut
1 lb carrots thinly sliced
4 Spanish onions, thinly sliced
1 package Knorr onion soup mix
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c paprika
1 t seasoned salt
1/2 t garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Line roasting pan with 2 layers foil, shiny side up, large enough to make a packet for the meat.
Place brisket in the pan, top with the rest of the ingredients
Wrap up and form a packet
Bake 3 hrs.
Remove meat from oven, rest 15 min.
Slice against the grain
Return meat and juices to the oven uncovered until tender
