3 T. Ira shiro Goma
3 T. Sesame Oil
2 t. Brown Sugar
1/4 t. Salt
2 ounces Shoyu
1 t. Vinegar
2t. Sambal
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 t. Ginger, grated, minced


1 C. Green Onion, minced
1 sm Round Onion, minced
2 lb.s ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients, microwave for a couple of minutes. Stir well. Cook and stir ground beef until dry and broken down. Add marinade and mix and heat until hot.
Serve over rice, top with a fried egg and sliced green onion.
