1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
3 Tbsp. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, salt and canola oil. Add milk.

Form into a ball, put into pie pan. Spread evenly with fingers. Poke holes all over. Bake 15 minutes at 375º.

When cool, add pudding/ pie filling, etc.

For 2 Crusts:
Combine 3 cups of flour and 1 1/2 cups shortening. Then, mix 1 tsp. vinegar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 egg, and 5 tbsp. water well and add to the flour/shortening mixture. Roll out. Follow recipe for single crust!
