Confetti Bean Soup mixture or mixture of kidney, navy, butter, and lima beans
Salt
Pepper
Ham bone
Onion
Garlic
Bay Leaf
14oz Can Stewed Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse beans. In a large pot, add 9 cups of water and beans. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 1 hour. Drain. Rinse. Return to pan with seasoning (salt, pepper, onion, garlic, bayleaf, ham bone) and 5 cups of water. Boil. Reduce to simmer for 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Add can of stewed tomatoes. Stir and let simmer for 30 minutes.
