2 tbsp butter
4 pork chops, tenderized
5-8 tbsp dry white wine
3.5 oz Gorgonzola cheese
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize pork chops with a meat mallet. Salt and pepper both sides.
Melt the butter in a large skillet, add chops, and cook high heat for 6 minutes on each side. Transfer to a warm serving dish.
Let the skillet cool, then pour in the wine and heat gently until about half has evaporated, then crumble in the cheese and cook over low hear until melted. Season to taste with salt and pour the sauce over the meat.
