1 cup milk
1 banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp peanut butter

Directions:

Blend ice cubes, milk, banana, protein powder, and peanut butter together in a blender until smooth.

May omit peanut butter if you like. Almond milk can be used in place of regular milk.
