1 12 ounce package jumbo pasta shells
2 eggs, beaten
1 32 ounce container ricotta cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
8 ounces parmigiano reggiano, grated and divided
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 28 ounce jar pasta sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes and drain.
In a large bowl, mix the eggs, ricotta, half the mozzarella, half the Parmigiano, parsley, salt and pepper until well combined.
Stuff the cooked shells with ricotta mixture and place in a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour pasta sauce over the shells, then sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella and Parmigiano on top.
Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes, until edges are bubbly and shells are slightly set.
