2 boiled eggs
cornbread dressing

Directions:
Directions:
In salted water (4 cups) boil giblets, neck, & heart 1 hour; add liver, cook 1/2 hour more. Remove neck, heart, & liver. Finely chop giblets. Add 2
Chopped boiled eggs. Add some dressing to thicken.
