1 T mayonaise
3 T granulated sugar
2 T water
½ tsp vanilla
1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ self rising flour
Pinch of kosher salt

Directions:
In a large mug, whisk together the mayo and the sugar with a fork. Stir in the water and vanilla. Add the cocoa, flour and salt. Beat the batter until smooth. Microwave the cake for 1 to 2 minutes until risen and firm. Top with whipped cream!
