Meat Balls
2 Lbs. ground beef
1½ cups bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup chopped onions
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

Sauce
½ cup finely chopped onions
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 (10 oz.) can consummé (undiluted)
1 cup sour cream


Directions:

Meatballs
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and roll into balls of desired size. Place on edged cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.

Sauce
While the meatballs are baking, you can start the sauce.
In a skillet brown the onions in butter.
Once the onions are done, stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
Add the ketchup and consomme. Stir and cook until the sauce is thickened.
Stir in the sour cream.

Putting it all together
Add the meatballs to the sauce, and simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
Serve over noodles!
