* 1 tablespoon Oil
* 1 pound Ground beef
* 1 small onion (diced)
* 1 small green pepper (diced)
* 2 tablespoons Ketchup
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1/2 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
* 1/4 teaspoon Pepper (to taste)
* 1 cup Beef broth
* 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
* 6 slices Provolone cheese (chopped)
* 6 Buns

Directions:
Directions:
1. Warm oil in a large skillet. Cook and crumble ground beef. Add diced onion and green peppers and cook until tender.
2. Add to the skillet ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, beef broth, and corn starch. Cook and stir until your sloppy joes are slightly thickened.
3. Turn heat to low and add in chopped provolone cheese, cook and mix until cheese is melted. Serve warm on a bun and enjoy!
