Ingredients: 1 package yellow cake mix 1 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup water 3 eggs 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/2-3/4 chocolate chips day video 1/2-3/4 cup peanut butter chips divided *optiona 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Directions:1. In a mixing bowl beat cake mix,peanut butter and brown sugar on low until crumbly ( hand pastry blender works great for this) set aside 1/2 cup of this mixture for crumble topping. 2. Add water eggs, and oil to remaining mixture. Blend on low until moistened. 3. Now beat on high for 2 minutes. 4. By hand mix in half of the chocolate chips and half of the peanut butter chips. 5. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. 6. In a bowl mix remaining chips and the crumble previously set aside. 7. Sprinkle on top of the batter and bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean at 350 degrees. 8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. |
