1/4 cup warm water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
3/4 cup warm milk
3/4 cup plain yogurt
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 stick melted butter
seasonings to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the yeast, sugar, and water. Let sit until foamy.
2. In a stand mixer, combine the flour and salt together in and create a well in the center.
3. Whisk the warm milk and plain yogurt into the yeast mixture until well-combined.
4. Pour the yeast mixture into the well in the dry ingredients.
5. Mix until smooth, about 3-5 minutes.
6. Transfer the dough to a large, lightly oiled bowl and cover loosely with a towel. Let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
7. Divide the dough into 12 equal-sized pieces.
8. Roll each piece into a ball
9. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
10. Roll out each dough ball until it is about 1/4 inch thick and about 6 inches wide.
11. Brush the dough lightly with melted butter and place one at a time onto the hot frying pan.
12. Cook until large bubbles form on the surface, about 1-2 minutes.
13. Flip the dough and cook the other side until golden, about 1 more minute.
14. Optional - season the bread immediately (salt, garlic, and rosemary are great)
