2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar (1/4 sugar substitute/ 1/4 brown sugar)
1/4 up oil (1/2 cup applesauce}
2 eggs (1/2 cup egg white)
1 1/4 cup milk (almond/cashew milk)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together
Pour into 8 x 8” pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes
