1 tsp. olive oil
2 cups savoy cabbage, chopped or bok choy
2 cups shredded carrots
2 cup bean sprouts
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 Tbsp, green onions sliced
1 tsp, grated fresh ginger
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
14 egg roll wrappers

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil in large skillet, add cabbage, carrots, sprouts,chestnuts and ginger, stir often cooking til veggies begin to wilt. mix cornstarch and water good, add to veggies and soy sauce cook for 1 to 2 min, adding onions - sauce should be thickening. cool.

Place 2 Tbsp mix in center of egg roll and wrap. place with flap on bottom on a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake them in a preheated 400 oven for 8-10 min. Turn them over and spray them and bake another 5-7 min Serve with sweet and sour sauce or sweet chili sauce.
