2 T Canna Olive Or Coconut Oil
1/4 Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 t Baking Soda
3/4 t Baking Powder
3/4 t Salt
1/2 t Cinnamon
2 Large Eggs
1 3/4 C Whole Milk
1 Cup Of Full Fat Sour Cream
2 t Pure Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Of Chocolate Chips
Maple Syrup or Fresh Whipped Cream

4-6 T Of Canna Oil For Skillet Cooking

In A Large Bowl, Add The Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Salt, And Cinnamon.
Whisk Well To Combine

In A Separate Bowl Add The Eggs, And Lightly Beat With A Whisk
Add-In Milk, Sour Cream, Vanilla, Canna Oil, And Beat Until Well Combined

Stir The Wet Mixture Into The Dry Ingredients. Stirring Until Everything Is Combined
Quickly Fold-In Chocolate Chips, Stirring Until Evenly Combined
Be Careful Not To Over Mix The Batter.

Pour Batter By 1 And 3 Cupfuls Into A Hot Skillet With Canna Oil (1-2 T), Or Griddle. Adding Only A Few At A Time So That They Don't Blend Together
Cook For 3-4 Minutes Before Flipping Over, Or Until Small Bubbles Form On Top.
Cook On Second Side Until Golden Brown. About 2 Minutes
Repeat With All Pancake Batter

Serve Pancakes Warm With Syrup, Whipped Cream And Extra Chocolate Chips
