½ Cup sour cream
½ Cup shredded cheese
½ Cup butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Bake 4 potatoes @ 425º for approx. 1 hour.

Cut potatoes in ½ and shell them, keep a little bit of the potato in the skin so it will be sturdy. It’s best to do this when they are still warm so the cheese and butter will melt. Add to the potatoes:


Mix with beater until well blended and smooth. Put potatoes back in shell
Bake @ 375º for 20 minutes
or until tops are golden brown. Four whole potatoes will give you approx 6 halves. (2 potatoes will give you 3 halves)
