1 can cheddar cheese'
3 potatoes sliced thinly
Milk enough so you can see the milk in the crock pot
Butter ¼ cup sliced and layered with potatoes
Salt and pepper
½ package onion soup mix
Cheese and butter on top

Directions:
Layer potatoes and seasonings in crock pot. Cook in crock pot for a couple hours.
