2 lbs uncooked Italian or Polish sausage
1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Using your hands, coat the sausages with ½ cup of barbecue sauce.
3. Put the sausages on the baking sheet in a single layer so they are not touching.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and brush the remaining ½ cup of barbecue sauce over the sausages using the pastry brush.
6. Return the sausages to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.

If you want the sausages to have a charred "grilled" look, turn the oven control to Broil for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
