Mahi Mahi

Cajun seasoning
1/2 T onion powder
1 t granulated garlic
1 t smoked paprika
1 t thyme
1 t oregano
1 t fine ground sea salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.

Pat Mahi Mahi fillets with paper towel.
Sprinkle both sides of fillets with spice mixture and pat
the mixture into the flesh of the fillet.
Melt 2 T butter and 1 T olive oil in skillet on med-hi
heat. Get pan as hot as you can without burning the
butter.
Add the seasoned Mahi Mahi and cook 3 min.
on one side till golden brown. Flip it and cook 2 to 3 minutes till flakes easily. Don’t over cook. Will be tough. Squeeze lemon juice over top and serve.
