4 t Of Canna Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4-8 Inch Flour Tortillas
8 Oz Smoked Gouda Cheese, (crumbled)
1 Tablespoon Of Whole-Grain Mustard (for drizzle)
Caramel Infused (For Drizzle)
2 Strips Of Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
3 oz Bag Of Walnuts, Or Mixed Nuts
Directions:

Preheat A Grill Pan Over Medium High Heat.
Toss the Apple Slices With 2 T Of Infused Olive Oil And Cook,
Turning Occasionaly Until Tender 3-4 Minutes
Lay The Tortillas On A Cutting Board.
Top Each With One Quarter Each Of The Grilled Apple And Smoked Gouda On One Side,
Then Fold The Tortillas In Half To Cover The Filling.
Heat The Remaining 2 Teaspoons Of Olive Oil In A Large Non Stick Skillet Over Medium Heat.
Working In Batches Of 2, Cook The Quesadillas Until Golden Brown And Cheese Melts
About 2 Minutes Per Side.. Meanwhile, Warm Up The Caramel Sauce. Drizzle Caramel Sauce And Dijon Mustard Over Quesadillas And Top With Bacon, And Walnuts, And Raisins
