16 oz jar dry roasted peanuts
10 oz can salted whole cashews
2 cups pecan pieces
16 2oz chocolate bark coating squares, cut in half
12 oz pkg semi sweet chocolate morsels
4 1oz bittersweet chocolate baking squares, broken into pieces
1 T. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

**a variety of different nuts can be used if desired**

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a slow cooker, cover and cook on low 2 hours or until chocolate is melted. Stir well to coat all nuts, add vanilla and stir.

Drop candy using a spoon or scoop onto wax paper/parchment paper. Let stand at least 2 hours until firm. Store in airtight container.
