3 dz Little Neck Clams
1 c seasoned break crumbs
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp grated parma cheese
Olive oil

Large shallow tin pan

Directions:
Directions:
Have the fish store open and separate clams and ask them to save the shells.
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients then add olive oil to kind of bind everything.
Arrange clam shells in pan.
Put a piece of clam into each shell and top with mixture.
Use Misto to spray tops of clams so they will brown nicely.
Add clam juice and a little water to bottom of pan.

Cover with aluminum foil and put into 400º oven cook for 15 mins; uncover and broil until tops are brown.

This recipe is for Christmas Eve dinner. You can cut all ingredients in 1/2 to make for two.
