Ingredients:
Ingredients:
20 oz can sliced pineapple
3 oz box jello(4 serving size)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove top of pineapple can using opener that will not leave sharp edges. Drain juice into microwave safe bowl. Heat juice to boiling in microwave. Stir in jello until dissolved. Carefully pour jello back into can of pineapple, separating rings as you do so, allowing jello to get between rings. Cover and allow to cool on countertop before refrigerating. This allows the color to seep into the pineapple. Place in refrigerator to set. When ready to serve cut out bottom of can and push onto serving dish and “slice” into rings. Cut in half if desired. Use lime and cherry for Christmas, or assorted flavors for a rainbow effect.
