2 packages cream cheese - softed
1 package Jimmy Dean Breakfast sausage w/sage browned
+/- 4 Green Onions- chopped
1-2 tbls parsley
2 large containes of mushrooms
1 - 2 sticks of butter - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first four ingredients and stuff your mushrooms.
Place in oven friendly serving dish of your choice and brush liberally w/ melted butter. Cook 20 minutes @ 350º

I like to double the stuffing mixture because this keeps well and tastes even better after the first day. It's also great on crackers and tortillas.

I prefer to bake a few at a time as they are best served warm.
