4 slices bacon, chopped
3 cups of corn - frozen or canned
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1 jalepeno diced
4 ounces of cream cheese
2 tbl milk
2 green onions
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
Line a pan with foil. Cook the bacon in the oven at 425.
Drain the grease off into a skillet and set the bacon aside
add the corn, onion, bell pepper and jalepeno to the skillet.
Cook, stirring, about 4-5 minutes
Stir in cream cheese, milk, sour cream, mozzarella, salt and pepper.
Stir in green onions and sugar.
put in dish and place chopped bacon on top. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and then heat in the oven when you are ready to serve.
