1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cream butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs and then peanut butter. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Make into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork.
Bake for 12-15 min.

Option: Add 1 cup mini chocolate chips or Skor bits. Also add 1/2 cup chopped peanuts.
