1 lb (more or less) chop meat
onion flakes
1 egg
2 slices white bread (soaked)
salt & pepper
breadcrumb to bind

400º 1 hour

Mix everything and bake in loaf pan with ketchup on top.

to make with cheesy middle

1 egg white beaten to frothy, break up 2 slices of white bread and to mixture along with grated American cheese. Spread on top of 1/2 of meat mixture then add remain meat.
