Ingredients:  
1/4 lb margarine - 1 stick
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pt sour cream
2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
3-4 mashed bananas
(add 2 tbsp milk to bananas)
1/2 c walnuts - optional

**for chocolate banana cake, add 1/4 c cocoa**

Directions:

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and add to above mixture.
Add sour cream and mashed bananas.
Mix well.
Bake in well greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350º for about 35-45 minutes.
