2 TBS butter
2 packages frozen spinach thawed
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 Cup white sauce (should be in spaghetti sauce area if you don’t want to make)
2 TBS sherry
1 package imitation crab meat or cooked crab meat
1 Cup minute rice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 TBS grated hard cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter.
2. Add spinach and stir in soup and remove from heat.
3. Add rice and stir well.
4. In a different pan combine white sauce cheese and sherry cooking until cheese is melted.
5. Add crabmeat and water chestnuts.
6. In a 6 quart casserole dish layer the 2 mixtures. Top with hard cheese.
7. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
*can use chicken or tuna.
