10 pounds hamburger meat
8 eggs
1 ounce salt
3-4 cups bread crumbs
4 ounces parsley
4 ounces oregano
2 ounces garlic
2 ounces basil
1 ounce black pepper
1/2 cup milk or half-n-half
4 Cups Parmesan or peccarino cheese

Directions:

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Let sit in fridge for several hours.
3. Use an ice cream scooper to make into meatballs.
4. Place in a pan that has half tomatoe based sauce and the other half water.
5. Cook the meatballs covered in foil for 1.5-2.0 hours at 550 degrees.
