Ingredients: 1 Box Betty Crocker German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 Small package instant vanilla or chocolate pudding 4 eggs 1 Cup milk or half-n-half 1 Cup vegetable oil
Frosting 8 ounces cream cheese 1 Cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 8 ounces cool whip 1/2 cup pecans 6 Hershey Bars chopped fine

Directions:Cake: 1. Mix all ingredients in mixer. 2. Bake in two 9 inch round cake pans or three 8 inch round or square cake pans. Your choice. 3. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. 4. Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting: 1. Cream together cream cheese powdered sugar and granulated sugar 2. Fold in cool whip optional pecans and the finely chopped chocolate bars. 3. Frost between layers. Remember this is a target and does not have to be totally frosted on the outside. |
