1 Cup milk or half-n-half
1 Cup shredded cheese of choice
2 eggs beaten
2 Cups herb seasoned stuffing or a box of Stove Top
1 10 ounce pkg chopped broccoli
* turn into a meal by adding chicken, sausage, hamburger
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat mil and cheese until blended.
2. Slowly add and stir into beaten eggs.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Turn into a greased casserole dish.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
