1 pound ground beef
1 lg finely chopped onion
1 green pepper if you want
1-2 packages of Taco Bell Taco Mix
2-3 cans Tomato soup
2-3 of the soup cans filled with milk
Cheddar cheese
1 12 count of flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet brown the beef and onion and pepper.
2. Return beef onions and peppers to skillet (make sure big because this meal will be cooked in this pan.
3. Add the taco packets to the beef and mix well
4. Add the soup and milk (start with the 2 cans and at the end you can add the 3rd can if you feel the mixture is not moist enough.
5. Add about 1 Cup cheddar cheese.
6. Slice and cut the tortillas into small pieces (like little dumplings).
7. Add to the skillet.
8. If you feel you need to add more soup mix it up first with milk and then add.
9. Serve in a bowl and add any extra toppings you want.

This was our Wednesday night Awana night meal. Easy fast and if you didn’t have time to eat it at home you could eat it in the way! A favorite of Emily’s.
