1 pound or 6 small packages of corned beef.(cut up or shredded)
3 Cups of Swiss Cheese shredded (try smoked!)
2 Cups American Cheese shredded (1/2 of this could also be a smoked cheese!)
1 12 ounce can of Sauerkraut. (do not drain)
2 Cups Mayonaise or 1 Cup Thousand Island salad dressing and 1 Cup Mayonaise
various small rye breads, rye crisp round crackers to dip into it.
*it is also yummy to bake in a round rye bread loaf and very decorative!

1. Mix together and pour into a 11x9 pan.
2. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
3. Serve nice and warm!
