2- 6 ounce jars marinated artichokes
1 finely diced onion
1 clove garlic-minced
2 T. butter
4 eggs
1/8 t. Tabasco
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/8 t. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop artichokes. Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender. Cool. Beat eggs and stir in bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano, Tabasco and cheese. Add chopped artichokes, blending well. Add onion mixture, mix thoroughly.
Spread in a greased 8 x 10 pan. bake 30 minutes at 350. Cut into 1 inch squares.
May be frozen, thawed and reheated for 12 minutes at 350.
May also be made in mini muffin tins.
