1 pound thinly sliced beef
Mushrooms
¾ cup Marsala wine
1 can chicken broth
Basil and parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Flour, season and tenderize meat, brown beef in fry pan. Take meat out and sauté mushrooms in butter. Add some flour and ¾ cup Marsala wine until it thickens. Put meat back into mixture add chicken broth, basil and parsley. Simmer until meat is tender. You may want to add some more wine 15 minutes before serving. Takes about 2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice
