3 large cans Hunts tomato sauce (no substitution!)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can (6 oz.) V-8 juice
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can dawn fresh mushroom steak sauce
Mushrooms sliced (optional)
1½ lbs lean ground round
2 cloves garlic minced
¾ cup dried parsley (or 1 bunch fresh chopped)
3 bay leaves
Pinch rosemary
Pinch Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large pot. Put stewed tomatoes, V-8 juice, onion soup mix, mushroom sauce, and seasonings into Cuisinart or blender and mix. Add to cooked meat. Add tomato sauce and heat on medium heat until it boils then turn down and simmer for 3 hours.
