2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 lb chuck roast (I like to use stew meat instead of the roast makes a great stew!)
1 large onion diced
1 (1 ounce) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch-style dressing mix
1 (1.2 ounce) package brown gravy mix
1 can beef broth (14.5 ounce)
1 can chicken broth
Potatoes
Carrots
Any other vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast. In small bowl mix together Italian Salad dressing, ranch dressing mix and gravy mix. After browning roast sprinkle mixture over roast add diced onion and beef and chicken broth. Pressure cook for 30 minutes, release steam, add potatoes, carrots and any other vegetable and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
Release steam and serve.


Crock Pot:
Cook 6 hours last 2 hours add vegetables cook until done
