1 flank steak sliced thin
1 cup mushrooms sliced
¼ cup oyster sauce
½ cup beef stock (Japanese kind)
2 green onions in ½ pieces
Broccoli (cooked in microwave for 3 minutes)
1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in wok and add mushrooms. Add oyster sauce and beef stock, bring to boil, add onion and broccoli and heat. Thicken with cornstarch and serve over rice.
Great when served with Fried Rice.
