1 cup oil
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 small onion sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate steak for at least 4 hours. Cook on smoker 20 minutes each side or broil in oven about 8 minutes each side.
Saute onions in fry pan and serve with steak.
