Eggs
Bacon
Ham
Cheese
Onions
Bell peppers

Muffin pan
Butter
Or baking cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
-Take your eggs and crack them open into a bowl
- Chop up your peppers, onions, cheese, and any other vegetables you would like i.e. Crab, shrimp, Lobster meat
- Spray cooking spray, or schmear butter into the Muffin pan
- Now line each Muffin spot with Bacon, OR Ham chop up Whichever one you dont line the Muffin spot with
- Now take the other ingredients that you chopped up and mix it with the eggs.
- Now pour the mixture into each Muffin spot
- Place in preheated oven 350 degrees
For 5-10 minutes
- Now last but not least eat and enjoy after cooling
